We have been working on some new instruments for the last months and some of them are approaching the finishing phase. I took my time to carve and, even more, do new stone inlays. There are always new ideas present around here, so I am already thinking about different materials and techniques. We will see what will be. But on the latest didgeridoos I did many inlays that are quite detailed and with different stones and colors. Du perfected his skill of carefully sanding stones and I became precise with my carvings and infills with stone pieces.

So I want to show some of the inlaying details on our new, but not yet totally finished,  instruments. These are still work in progress. Imagine stronger colors. I know you can :-) Of course, add the sounds also! I will give you a hint. Mix quite a lot of groove with huge amounts of grit. Something like Stinkyroom in HD with trad tectures…

Tree branches spiraling around…

while the red sun is setting…

Unknown solar system with a flowering sun…

And orbiting planets…

Blue wave of Lapis…

Ending in black…

Hope you resonate with some of Duende imaginarium!

Until our paths spiral together,
